Sponsors of the Rallye for the second year running, Turbo
Dynamics, are pleased to announce further sponsorship in support of this
inspiring event for the third year, 2008.

The TD stand at Somerley Park displayed three stunning
vehicles from customers Field Motorsport based in Chelmsford,
Tewkesbury based Powerstation
and the Milton Keynes based VW
Racing Team. They attracted crowds of people watching the two Turbo
Dynamics Somerley Stages.

With a growing Motorfair featuring a hugescreen to watch
the event unfold, the opportunity to test out the F1 simulator with Toyota
F1, Triton Motorsport display, and many more…, Somerley Park will
definitely be the venue to visit in 2008. Unfortunately the live performance
from the popular band, The Monuments, was rained off and due to their
equipment becoming wet, they were unable to return for their scheduled
afternoon performance.

As the opening round of the Hankook MSA Gravel Rally Championship,
this is the only Rallye event that takes place on the South Coast, attracting
many spectators and enthusiasts.

Marcus Dodd won Rallye Sunseeker for the fifth time in
his career – with co-driver Andrew Bargery, he brought his Hyundai
Accent WRC back to the finish of the rally in Bournemouth to increase
his tally of victories. For the second year running, Steve Perez finished
in the runner-up spot in his VK Ford Focus WRC. Co-driven by Claire Mole.
