Sales and Customer
Service Administrator
TD are looking for a dynamic person with
excellent communication skills who wants a career with a forward thinking
company. This role requires a team player who can support those around
them with enthusiasm and drive, good organisation skills, and new ideas.
You will be computer literate, have the ability to learn quickly and cope
under pressure/meet deadlines. An interest in cars would be an advantage
although not a necessity.
Further details:
-
Computer literate: a basic
knowledge of email and Microsoft Office. However, full training will
be given on TD databases.

Office Support: involving
filing and general admin. You will be answerable to the Office Manager
and expected to undertake duties such as, data input and raising Sales/Purchase
Orders and Sales Invoices.

Excellent communication skills:
you will be the first port of call for all incoming calls and expected
to answer the phone politely and efficiently. The ideal applicant
will be able to assess the nature of the calls and transfer them accordingly.

The successful candidate
will need to be numerate, conscientious and a quick learner. Common
sense is also vital as this position may progress into a Sales role
(training will be given).
Photoshop Assistant
This is a temporary P/T position with flexible
working hours, ideally suited to a graduate looking to further their experience.
The candidate needs to have excellent Photoshop skills and a strong eye
for detail. This role will be on an open contract until the jobs in hand
are completed.
