Turbo Dynamics Ltd is an independent, family owned business, which was founded in 1991. Our Headquarters are situated in Christchurch, Dorset; 20 miles west of Southampton on the south coast of England. The Company owns and occupies a site with two modern purpose built industrial units totalling 8500 sq ft. We also have a dedicated manufacturing facility in a 5000 sq ft factory unit in close proximity. The company has become renowned worldwide for its quality products and service within the turbocharger aftermarket as well as doing R&D for OE manufacturers.

In 2009, Turbo Dynamics acquired a new unit in Christchurch for extra storage space and as a base for the company's racing activities.

The two core businesses of the company are the supply of new and reconditioned exchange turbochargers for the passenger car market, covering all makes and the design and manufacture of hybrid turbochargers for road/race applications. Our hybrid turbocharger catalogue lists over 450 applications, being probably the largest range offered in the world. In addition we have other customer bases in the Commercial Vehicles, Off-Highway, Agricultural & Marine sectors and an ever-increasing spare parts program to companies all around the world. We also design and manufacture parts and performance accessories in-house, as well as being distributors for some of the leading brand names in this field.

Turbo Dynamics' philosophy is 'Quality Without Compromise'. Having developed the processes, infrastructure and quality systems to an advanced level, Turbo Dynamics was very quickly awarded certification to BS EN ISO 9001:1994 and ASCS Aerospace Technical Specification TS157 Issue3: 1997. In April 2009 we updated our quality system to comply with the latest standard BS EN ISO 9001:2008. Our design scope is backed up by Solid Works 3D CAD software including full Cosmos Stress Analysis Simulation.

As part of the Turbo Dynamics' quality assurance, our policy is to use only genuine spare parts unless a part is not available from the original manufacturer. In this case the part(s) used will have to be qualified, having passed stringent tests and final inspection.

Turbo Dynamics' quality seal gives you the assurance that all remanufactured turbochargers meet the same quality requirements as new units.

Our customer base is worldwide and includes OE manufacturers, large automotive parts factors, specialist tuners, engine builders and other turbocharger companies. We have a heavy involvement with the racing fraternity from Drifting to professional Racing Teams, Circuit Racers to Rally teams, privateer Hillclimb and Sprinters to Drag racers and current F1 teams.

Turbo Dynamics is an Authorised Garrett Turbo Specialist as well as stockists of Borg Warner (KKK & Schwitzer), Mitsubishi, IHI, Toyota, Holset, Hitachi, MAN B&W, MTU, Napier and ABB.

We are considered the country’s leading specialist in Garrett’s ‘Ballistic Concept’ Ball Bearing turbos, incorporating innovative designs currently used on the track and on the road.
