Antony Orchard, Westfield Megabusa
In 2011, Antony Orchard achieved fastest time and 4th place in the Gurston Down Hill Climb Championship with his normally aspirated Westfield Megabusa. At the end of the season he came to Turbo Dynamics to embark on turbocharging the Hayabusa engine to keep ahead of the stiff competition. With the current hot debate over Supercharging versus Turbocharging, Antony ignored the paddock skeptics who were ‘talking’ about turbo lag and put his faith in TD.

With the turbocharger conversion complete, early testing saw 420+ BHP with the wheels spinning on the rolling road. Antony decided to fit a weaker spring to the wastegate to reduce the power output to aid traction. The current power output is 375 BHP with 230 Lb/ft of torque with more to come as the chassis development gathers pace.
Antony reports the car will do 60mph in first gear and says, “I’m still trying to find the supposed lag that everyone was talking about!”. Both Antony and TD are really looking forward to see how the car performs this season and excited about future developments. Antony said, "I want to win". His aim for 2012 is a Top 3 finish in the Championship and to claim the 2 litre class record. He went on to say, “a 31.42 would be nice, in the 30 second would be even better!"

Roger Clark Motorsport
During 2008, Olly won the title of 'TOTB Overall Champion' (for the second year running) and the Time Attack Series; a very impressive feat, which has not been achieved by any other motorsport team. Then in 2009, and yet more unbelievably, Olly did it again; winning both TOTB VIII and the Time Attack Series!
From Leicestershire, the team race in their own highly developed 890 BHP Subaru Impreza 'Gobstopper'. The car has been prepared using a Turbo Dynamics modified and blueprinted GT4094R turbocharger. However, the Subaru remains a 2.0 litre; making Roger Clark's success even more astounding.

Mick Begley
The Irish Drag Racing Record Holder, Mick Begley, won acclaim in the national newspapers at the end of the 2009 season in his TD turbocharged 1400HP engined ‘Gaijin’ when he achieved 173mph time of 8.06 secs 202.8 standing mile.
Following this success he wanted a new challenge. So Justin of TR Racing worked his magic on a RB30 OS Geikin 3litre Skyline. The turbo is an HKS T62R Anniversary modified by TD and featuring a special TD modified GT45 compressor wheel and a unique TD designed modification to the turbine wheel to help reduce back pressure whilst not harming the response.
