MD527 Hybrid turbochargers fit Fiat 500 Abarth, 1.4 turbocharged engine, year 2002->2004. MD527 replaces VL38 turbos.

 

MD527 - Stage 1 Hybrid Turbo comprises:

  • Large trim GT15 Compressor Wheel
  • Re-profiled compressor housing to suit
  • Uprated 360 degree thrust kit
  • Lightened turbine wheel also modified to help reduce backpressure
  • Turbocharger fully blueprinted to motorsport standards
  • Max recommended boost pressure:  18-20 PSI
  • Estimated Power Output:  Approx 200 bhp*

*This application needs exact engine management settings and a free flow exhaust system to achieve these horsepower figures.
