MDX481 Hybrid turbos replace 724930-5009S which supersedes 724930-0002, 724930-0004, 724930-0006, 724930-0008 turbos.
This hybrid turbo benefits from Turbo Dynamics own design billet aluminium compressor wheel, not only does billet offer significantly improved strength and durability over the original cast aluminium wheels if used correctly the material can be used to make the wheel lighter. A lighter compressor wheel will spool quicker allowing for a better response from the turbocharger meaning a reduction in turbo lag. The billet aluminium compressor wheels are up to 20% lighter than the original cast items.
